Actual production times may vary and can take 2–7 business days or longer, depending on product availability, production capacity, holidays, order size, and quality control requirements.

Production estimates are not guaranteed completion dates.

5. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

The price shown for a product may vary depending on the selected style, size, color, or other available options.

The applicable product price, discounts, shipping charges, and estimated taxes will be shown during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

LoomRuneSupply offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled.

Once production has started, changes and cancellations generally cannot be accepted.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

Free Standard U.S. Shipping is available for all eligible U.S. orders without a minimum purchase requirement.

Estimated timelines for eligible products are:

• Standard U.S. shipping: approximately 2–5 business days.
• Typical combined estimate: approximately 5–10 business days.

Production may require additional time, including up to 2–7 business days or longer in some circumstances.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping delays may occur because of production conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because products are made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind or buyer’s remorse.
• Incorrect size or color selections made by the customer.
• Personal preferences regarding correctly produced items.

However, we support customers whose orders arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, reprint, or refund.

For approved defective or incorrect item claims, customers will not be charged return shipping or restocking fees.
